Preparation of Zobo drink:

• Rinse the dried hibiscus leaves thoroughly. 
• Boil them in water for about 20 minutes, allow it to cool.
• Strain to remove the leaves
•  Add sweeteners, fruit juice, or ginger if desired.
• Chill and serve.

To make Hibiscus tea:

• Pour one cup of hot water over 1 teaspoon of organic hibiscus flowers
• Steep 3 to 5 minutes.
